Illinois Web Accessibility Standards v1.2

The standards are "designed to provide practical and specific guidance for the development of web sites, intranets, and web-based applications that are accessible to [people] with disabilities." They are "based on Federal Section 508 and World Wide Web Consortium accessibility guidelines." The Standards "incorporate a combination" of Section 508 and the W3C "creating a standard well suited to serve the users of Illinois web sites."
