Arizona Application Development Accessibility  Arizona Application Development Accessibility Statutes: Legislative Code: A.R.S. s41-3504 (A(1)) and A.R.S. s41-3504 (A(1)(a)) http://www.azleg.gov/ars/41/03504.htm The statute authorizes the Government Information Technology Agency (GITA) to develop, implement and maintain a coordinated statewide plan for information technology, including the adoption of statewide technical, coordination, and security standards.
